About Clearity
Clearity Inc. is an Ontario software company. We are building a shared workspace for residential real estate transactions, so the agent, the lawyer, the mortgage broker and the client can work from one record of the deal instead of a stack of email threads.
The tools that exist today are mostly sold to brokerages as enterprise contracts and rolled out from the top. We think the people doing the work should be able to pick up a better tool themselves, so Clearity is built to be adopted one Professional at a time.
How we are building it
Start with one person
An agent, lawyer or mortgage broker should be able to use Clearity the day they hear about it, without a brokerage contract, an IT project or a sales call.
Everyone on the Deal is a first-class user
The lawyer and the mortgage broker see their side of the transaction in full. The client sees what is happening with their own home. Nobody is a spectator.
Invited means free
If someone else brought you onto a Deal, you do not pay for it. Professionals pay only when they choose to open Deals of their own.
Coordination, not transactions
Clearity organizes the work around a deal. It does not trade in real estate, hold deposits or handle trust funds, and it is not a brokerage.

Set up your account, open a Deal for a transaction you are working on, and invite the other people on it. Anyone you invite joins free.
